I actually bought a Bell helmet just so I could be able to have the convenience of using this shield. Once it is exposed to sunlight it automatically adapts to the light. I never have any problems with my vision and this is great when I am out all day and into the night. This has paid for itself just for the convenience factor. It tints enough during the day to block all the glare and light from bothering my eyes. My view is never obstructed. I can see very clearly with this day and night and recommend this to anyone. I wish more companies would be able to make shield like this. This is definitely a safer means than wearing a clear or tinted shield as it changes rapidly with the exposure of the sun. This is awesome!
