All Balls Swing Arm Bearing Kit 28-1047 Review

Worked perfectly for my 2007 DRZ-400S (9700 miles mostly street riding) although I replaced everything BUT the needle bearings. Only reason I did not change the bearings was you need to make/have a special tool to remove them and mine were in excellent shape. I just cleaned them with brake/contact cleaner and re-greased them, Also, I put the new inside seal up flush to the bearing and used the old one at the outer part of the inner swing arm where the original was - that way there were 2 seals on one side- thought this was just better protection for the bearing. Also, they give you special coated thrust washers to replace the bearing washers - they say they do a better job of protecting the inner needle bearings. BTW, my original bearings still has some grease and there was no corrosion noted.
