This device installs in less than 30 minutes and, with some minor fiddling, works as expected. The only issue was one of adjustment so that the throttle moved freely whilst the Vista Cruise was disengaged.
Used it on a trip from NE PA. to the Amish country in eastern OH and it worked like a charm!
However, it is what it is, it is NOT a "cruise control," it merely locks the throttle at some position and holds it there. Through the hilly sections of PA it needed fairly constant adjustments to maintain a given speed. That said, it is a welcome relief for your throttle wrist on those long trips.
