There is nothing bad that I can say about this product. It is exactly what is described and the quality of the manufacturing is excellent. It fit my 2004 Kawasaki ex250 PERFECTLY. Keep your old mounting screws, as you will need to re-use them. Easy to open and close with gloves on. There is no lock but that is part of the product description. After riding with it in the rain a few times it still looks great.
