Pros: pretty much everything in the product description. I wear this jacket over my office work clothes to drive 30 minutes to work in 35F weather. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better hi-viz jacket without doubling the price.

Cons: I hate velcro. This thing is covered in velcro, generally with the hooks exposed while the loop is on the flaps/straps. When the loop wears out, these arrangements will make it easier to repair, but in the meantime, hook velcro catches my helmet liner and any other soft fabric that gets near it. Also, it's too warm for the really hot days. That's fine for me because I also have a mesh jacket.
