I had ordered this bag for an upcoming 10 day bike trip, when the bag arrived I found that the bag should have been made with 4 female buckle connectors to secure 4 male straps to the bike. The bag had 2 female buckle connectors, 2 male connectors, and 4 straps with 4 male connectors. No way to use the built in connection system.. I had ordered expedited, but was shipped UPS Ground, bag arrived on Friday, Powersport Superstore closed on weekends, leaving Wednesday morning. Sent an email to Powersports on the weekend, reply was they were looking into it. Called Powersports on Tuesday, their response was they're waiting to hear back from Saddlemen and other customers are having the same issue.

I had no time to return and purchase another product since I live remotely so I depended upon the product to be ready to go.. After use, actually I'm still on the road, day of down time, I would NOT recommend this product, bag sags, no rain cover, and not water proof. If you do purchase, check and make sure it has 4 female connectors on the bag... I had to use bungees to attach to my Harley and still no reply from Powersport Superstore or Saddlemen on how their going to correct this problem. Very disappointed with the product and Saddlemen..
