Purchased the helmet in July 2012. In mid November, the mechanism which holds the face guard open broke. The seller, Powersports Superstore refuse to take it back under warranty and my local supplier, Helmet House in Northern Califoenia also refuse to honor the warranty. Although the helmet is very comfortable to wear, I'm going back to Nolan. I consider my money wasted.
