Pros:
Perfect fit. Extremely adjustable. Protection above expectations (I have tested it in big crashes a couple of times now). True Leatt compatibility. Confortable while riding: its great articulation and ventilation makes me forget about it while riding.

Cons:
The screws it comes with for adjustability combined with the allen keys it comes with are not such a good match. They run over the screws head. Be carefull with this so you don't mess up the screws. Use a better allen key and press hard on it while turning it. the metal they use seems a bit soft for that matter.
Clean/Hand wash carefully. It is though for riding but delicate for washing.
