I really liked these gloves. I am not sure how long they are supposed to last, but after a year I have had to purchase new ones. I use the bike just to get around town so it got good use but not what I would consider out of the ordinary. The gloves feel great and are very comfortable. However, the material used for the tips of the index and middle finders is different than the mesh and leather used elsewhere. This different material (not sure what it is) wore out to the point where the index finger is completely exposed. The gloves still work, and everything else has held up very well, but this one area just gradually tore open (starting pretty early on and getting worse).
