I mounted these bags on a 2012 Triumph Tiger 800, strapped to SW-Motech hardware. They are plenty big. The instructions that came with the bags were not for these bags, but one call to Nelson-Rigg clarified on how to properly install the inner liners. They apologized, saying they were aware of the problem and were in the process of rewriting the instruction with new pics. (The small liner goes on the bottom of the bag. The large one slides through the inner loop on top and drape down on both sides. It takes a little patience and finesse to tuck the long ends inside the inner cuffs). I really like the idea that there is a "lifetime" warranty. They appear to be manufactured well. They are lightweight, yet sturdy. The cross straps have plenty of room for adjustment and fit nicely under the rear pillion seat. I'm sure they would fit under the seat of most motorcycles as well. The openings on these are from the side, not the top; so far, so good.
