The fit with the neck brace is excellent. The neck brace remains planted and doesn't move when attached to the chest protector. The screw which attaches the arm protector to the shoulder section pokes into your shoulder. I had to remove mine completely. I ended up zip tying the arm protector to the plastic shoulder piece. No sure why leatt thought that would be a good location for a big screw head? I bought this to anchor my neck brace better. It works great for that. If you don't wear a brace you have cheaper chest protector options.
