Tour Master Saber Series 3 Men's Textile Harley Motorcycle Jacket - Black/Black / Large Review

I got this jacket because I was looking for something warmer for when it's under 70 out. After some research it seemed Tour Master made a lot of coats with features I was interested in, and I like how they're styled. I came down to this one and the Transition 3, and I couldn't find anything different between those two coats except the style and price (Transition almost $100 more). Unfortunately nowhere does it say what their jackets are intended for, when you look at the descriptions it just lists the features that are included, even on the physical tag of the jacket. I was tired of getting the chills on my bike (Sportster, no windscreen), this coat has solved that. I have worn it in lower 50's weather now and I was very comfortable, the only thing now is my legs are cold. I even got a chance to test out the waterproofing, and I officially hate weathermen now. I got stuck in downpours for about 30 minutes, when I got home it looked like my lower body jumped in a pool, but I was dry up top. Anyways, this coat is very warm and keeps the wind out, the cuffs velcro tightly and you can adjust many different parts of the jacket to tighten it. If it gets over 75 I would take the liner out. I tried the liner with all the vents unzipped in 75 degree weather and I was pretty toasty especially at stop lights. I got a cheap mesh armored jacket here on amazon for when it's very hot out, then you don't have to continually take the liner in and out. On the other hand, I am confident that this coat would keep me warm in mid 40 degree weather, with extra pants and warm gloves of course. I will make a quick pro/con list for people that don't want to read all of this, but thanks for reading. Also, you should know I put a lot of importance in the comfort factor, because that's whats going to make you wear this consistently and keep you protected in a crash. If it's uncomfortable you're going to forget about wearing it.

+accurate sizing(I wear large t-shirts which are a little baggy on me, this coat at medium fits me comfortably with the liner in, sleeves are a perfect length)

-a little heavy, not really a con since this is made to protect you, but it can be a pain to hang this is places, or when considering going out
