I can not complain to much about this bag. They look good on the bike and function properly. now about the customer service. When I got the bag and open the box up,upon looking at the instructions for install the first thing it says is to install stiffeners. Well there are none with the bag and the stiffeners are not on amazon. When I contacted the seller about it they sent and email to Nelson Riggs about the stiffeners. I waited 2 weeks got no reply, emailed the seller who said they had heard nothing I probably needed to contact them myself. Well thanks for the help. Customer service is why this got a 3
