Let me say that I am satisfied for this fairing basket. I bought it as a cupholder, but unless you have a bottle with a lid/cap or a travel mug that closes tight, any liquid will bounce around like mad. And don't put anything too tall in here - it'll bounce right out. That being said, the unit is designed as I hoped: to integrate into the Zuma 125's body panels as though it came standard. The instructions were not great - you have to remove the entire kick panel and install the mounts to the rear side. I was not going to do this at first but I was afraid any weight in the basket would pull it out from the panel. The one-page simple instructions tell you to "remove the kick panel as instructed in the owners manual", but no such instruction exists. I was doing a headlamp modification which involved removing the front plastic panel and bezels - which is how I completed this task. I dropped one of the fasteners inside the scoot and had to tip it over to get it out - so be careful (or use a magnetic tool when tightening). It took longer to install than I thought (there are no pre-drilled holes on it so you have to measure and use a marking pen...it all took about five minutes for that part). Just have a drill with several bits handy. The installation took about an hour (including my dual-headlamp mod), but it was straitforward enough. Finally, this thing is big. It sticks out into my leg space more than I would have thought. The upside is that it fits a lot of stuff. I can put my Droid, wallet, extra keys, papers, mail, and even a skinny drink in there at times. It claims to have a 1# or so weight limit, but going over shouldn't be a problem.
