What can I say? It protects my noggin and has removable inserts for cleaning. Although I have not actually tested how well it protects my head, I hope that I never have to, but I have full faith that it will do it's job. And as others have noted, it is a bit noisy at higher speeds.

As a note, only the clear face shield is included.
