I bought these boots as a gift. I went by the persons shoe size (12), but he said the boots felt really tight and his toes fit uncomfortably at the end so we returned for the next size up. Other than the wrong size he said the boots were comfortable. The buckles seemed durable and the boots seem very well made... not cheap so to say. The boots had a really nice fashionable sense (if anyone wants to know about that).
